Weather on the GoWhen you open the app, you will encounter an interactive map of weather stations, weather cameras, and map layers that provide an incredibly detailed and hyper-local view of current conditions. With this data, you can easily find information about localized temperature, "feels like" temperature, humidity, pressure, windspeed, and precipitation levels from actual points like the start line of a marathon or the north end of a beach.
Extensive Data & AlertsSet up email or text alerts for high and low conditions for every parameter; send multiple alerts for the same parameter, and view all past alerts in a handy timeline. You can also visualize your data with daily, monthly and yearly graphs, or customize your graphing interval. Weather Station Features & SpecificationsThe solar-powered Ambient Weather WS-4000 is an all-in-one weather station designed for comprehensive environmental monitoring. It features sensors for temperature, humidity, haptic rain, light, ultraviolet, air pressure, and ultrasonic wind. Remotely monitor your weather station data on the easy-to-use Ambient Weather Network (AWN) App or by visiting ambientweather.net.
All-In-One Design
The weather station has a sleek design that fits easily into any setting. It mounts effortlessly on a 1" diameter pole without requiring any tools.
Ultrasonic Wind Sensor
Ultrasonic wind uses a series of sound emitters and microphones to detect even the calmest of breezes for accurate speed and direction measurements.
Haptic Rain Gauge
The haptic rain gauge uses a piezoelectric sensor to measure raindrop pressure and calculate water volume, eliminating the need for a rain bucket and reducing maintenance. This design is also less attractive to birds and more resilient to high-speed winds and debris.
Power Supply
A solar panel on top of the station acts as the primary power supply, and 2 x AA batteries offer backup power, ensuring continuous operation.
Color TFT Display and WH32B Sensor
The WS-4000 weather station includes the same high-quality console found with our WS-2000 and WS-5000 Stations. This color console features a TFT display and can display a vast number of our optional sensors, from thermometers, hygrometers, air quality sensors, soil and leaf moisture sensors, lightning sensors, and leak detectors. The console will come with a WH32B Sensor, which will receive temperature, humidity, and air pressure measurements.

The additional sensor models do not display on the console, but pass-through to the Ambient Weather Network and can be viewed there.
